about

This is originally the song "Begin the beguine" by Cole Porter. I've always seen it as a beautiful sentimental song, all though originally it's in major with a cheerful tempo. "Seile alene" is quite different; in minor, slower, and the lyrics telling about a hard break up. It's inspired by old sea shanties and the title directly translates to "Sailing alone". This song is the second single from an upcoming album due 15th of January 2021, and is the only non-jazz song on this album.
